Delivery

Incardesign will carefully pack your item/s and aim to dispatched within 24 hrs/next day. Most items will be sent out by Royal Mail 1st class Signed For Post. Larger/heavier items will be sent via courier. Once an order is shipped, we cannot be held accountable for any delays.

Damaged or lost shipments

Incardesign cannot be responsible for any loss or damage to orders in transit. Please inspect all merchandise upon receiving it. In the event that a product is lost in transit or arrives damaged in any way, Incardesign must be notified within 3 days of receipt in writing or via email, and all claims must be made with the shipping carrier, Royal Mail. Your custom is important to us and Incardesign will do anything we can to help resolve any problems with the carrier.
